French Banks at Risk as a Result of the French Elections?

The Banking Union is essentially a complement to the Economic and Monetary Union which aligns responsibility for supervision, resolution. Any discussion of a French exit from the Euro would cause dramatic consequences for the French banking system and for credit creation across Europe.
